How long can my audio file(s) be?
Your audio file(s) can be up to 8MB in total.
Can I add or update the audio on my frame?
Yes, simply follow the provided instructions to add or update your audio files at any time.
How do I load or update the audio on my frame?
For Windows:
1. Plug the frame into the computer using the provided cable
2. Ensure the frame is powered on
3. Navigate to the drive labeled (No Name)
4. Delete the audio files on the drive (do not delete the other folders)
5. Drag and drop, or copy your audio to the drive. (must be .MP3, and less than 8MB)
6. Eject the device.
7. Enjoy listening to your memories
For Mac:
1. Plug the frame into the computer using the provided cable
2. Ensure the frame is powered on
3. Navigate to the drive labeled (No Name)
4. Delete the audio files on the drive (do not delete the other folders)
5. DELETE THEM FROM THE TRASH CAN ON YOUR MAC BEFORE PROCEEDING TO STEP 6
6.. Drag and drop, or copy your audio to the drive. (must be .MP3, and less than 8MB)
7. Eject the device
8. Enjoy listening to your memories
